These workshops have been devised to achieve the following objectives:

• Outline the project and the importance of the involvement of participants. Start to build a working relationship with participants, establish expectations, and agree best working practice
• Establish a creative. challenging, and nonjudgmental working environment
• Develop participants' skills and understanding theatre through a variety of drama exercises, creative play and improvisation
• Develop confidence and self-esteem by utilising drama techniques and encourage participants to freely explore and develop dramatic ideas for the final script
